By paying, you agree to the full terms below:

📜 RIGHTS & USAGE

•I reserve all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use it for self-promotion and portfolio display.
•Use of my artwork in relation to NFTs, Cryptocurrency, or Generative AI training is strictly prohibited.
•Clients are not authorized to post non-watermarked versions of the commission on social media.
•I may share sketches and progress online unless a Private Fee or Commercial Fee has been paid.• All commissions are for Personal Use only; commercial use requires an extra fee. View the full list for details:

🎨 PROCESS & REVISIONS

•You are entitled to three free revisions during the sketching phase. Additional revisions or major changes after the sketch is approved will incur an extra cost.
•Providing clear and detailed references is highly recommended. Changes requested due to unclear or missing information in the original brief will count toward your revision limit.
•If no response is received within 7 days of an update, the project will be moved to the end of my work queue. After 14 days of no contact, the project may be put on hold indefinitely.
•I will delete the source files (PSD/CLIP) after 4 months; please ensure you download and back up your final files.

💳 PAYMENT & REFUNDS

•Upfront payment only generally.
•Split-in-half payment available for "Full EB Render" commissions only (50% to start and 50% after the flat-color version is approved).
•No refunds are offered once work has begun. If I must cancel the commission for any reason, a 50% refund will be issued to cover the work already completed.
•All sales are final. Filing a forced chargeback through a bank or PayPal will result in a permanent ban from future commissions and the loss of all usage rights to the artwork.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the work.

• Your original characters, fanart, furry, light gore, etc.
• NSFW commissions via DM
• Essentially I don`t make things I personally don’t like.

I work with my own style but you can specific how you will need it.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• First sketch delivered within 3–5 days after payment is confirmed.
•Final delivery ranges from 7 days to 4 weeks, depending on complexity.
• Rush fee (finish 1-2 weeks before or skip waitlist) is 10- 50% of total price.

BRIEF TEMPLATE

• You don’t have to answer all questions in the brief, but the more information provided, the faster your commission will be completed.
• Client social media account
• PayPal email
• NDA/Commercial option: (leave blank if not applicable)
• Type of commission: (e.g., half-body, full color)
• Brief: (Describe how you want the character(s) to be drawn, their story, expressions, actions, etc.)
• Colored references for character (links or attachments, as many as possible)
• References for background: (if applicable)
• Character personalities or backstories (optional)
• If the brief is difficult to describe in words, you can send a stick figure drawing with annotations.
• Discuss details via Instagram, but send the brief via email.
• Specify if you want more than one character in the same artwork, or they will be drawn separately.

🎨 PERSONAL USE

Social Media: Use as a profile picture, banner, or post.
Personal Space: Phone/PC wallpapers as examples.
Printing: Making a physical copy for your home or as a gift for a friend.CREDIT TO @ebm_art IS REQUIERED WHEN POSTING

💼 COMMERCIAL USE

Promotional: Use for YouTube/Twitch branding or ads.
Merchandise: Printing the art on shirts, stickers, or posters to sell.
Publication: Using the art for book covers or album art.
Rights: Includes the right to use the art for profit-making ventures.COMMERCIAL FEES DOES NOT INCLUDE EXCLUSIVITY. Credits are obligatory and must be visible to the audience.

PRIVATE FEE/NDA/ EXCLUSIVITY

If you don’t want to include my watermark or you don’t want me to use/ upload the commission (including sketches) on my social media/ portfolio, there will be a fee of 100% of the commission's total price.
